Beth Toenies is the Chief Operating Officer of 1-800-BOARDUP and is currently responsible for all facets of the company’s strategy and staff. She also previously served as 1-800-BOARDUP’s President, managing the overall direction of the company. Before joining the 1-800-BOARDUP family in early 2014, Beth was President of an advanced lens technology company, and before her experience there, she worked in corporate branding and marketing

Eddie Buchanan retired as an Assistant Chief with Hanover (VA) Fire-EMS after 40 years of service and now works with Deccan International, a global fire service data analytics provider. He is the host of the Fire Service Data & Tech Talk Podcast for Fire Engineering, and co-author of the Training Officer’s Handbook and author of the Volunteer Training Officer’s Handbook for Fire Engineering Books & Videos. He is a past president of the International Society of Fire Service Instructors and recipient of the 2015 George D. Post Instructor of the Year award for the creation of the SLICE-RS fire attack concept.

Jack Breitbeil is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Deccan International.  He has an extensive background in complex data analytics initiatives and software implementations in some of the largest agencies around the globe.  

Fire Chief Holger Durre came to Prescott from Colorado where he began his public safety career in emergency medical services and soon transitioned to the fire service. He brings over two decades of experience in a variety of roles encompassing emergency medical services, fire suppression, community risk reduction, administration, and labor relations. In addition, he has an extensive background in strategic planning and continuous improvement. His passion is to ensure that the services the fire department provides are relevant and contemporary to meet the needs of the community. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and is a graduate of the National Fire Academy’s Executive Fire Officer program. Chief Durre prides himself on being accessible to both members of the department as well as the community and can be seen at many community events and gatherings.
