Digital Incident Management: Digitally Tracking Resources and Tactics in Real Time

Explore how fire agencies are moving beyond the whiteboard. Tactical worksheets and command boards have long been part of the job- but they come with significant limitations such as hard-to-read handwriting, lack of timestamps and single-user visibility. They’re also vulnerable to weather or accidental erasure.

Today, Incident Commanders can manage dynamic, scalable incidents with time-stamped actions, real-time updates and multi-user access from anywhere- at the command post, in a vehicle or on the move. Be part of the shift to Digital Incident Command Boards using Tablet Command. Learn how going digital doesn’t just replace paper- it transforms the entire incident management workflow.

Understand the limitations of traditional paper-based incident command tools and how they hinder multi-user visibility and situational awareness.

Learn how digital platforms like Tablet Command leverage real-time data streams to support dynamic and scalable incident management.

Apply lessons from real case studies to visualize how digital tools enhance coordination across ranks during high-stakes incidents.
